Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to payments made to Berhive Hyac Limited, Reg number: 79971262 in connection with the services provided through https://berhive.org and related API automation, workflow, software, integration, and account services.

1. General Rule

Due to the nature of digital services, software access, API processing, automation workflows, prepaid credits, technical provisioning, and immediate allocation of platform resources, all payments are generally final and non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in this Policy or required by applicable law.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are ordinarily non-refundable:

• used API credits or partially used prepaid balances;
• subscription fees for elapsed or partially elapsed billing periods;
• fees related to consumed platform usage, automation executions, requests, or transactions;
• amounts paid for accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations, abuse, fraud, chargeback risk, or unlawful activity;
• fees paid due to change of mind, mistaken purchase, lack of usage, or unused remaining time in an active period, except where required by law.

3. Possible Refund Exceptions

At our sole discretion, and subject to verification, we may consider a refund only in limited cases such as:

• duplicate transactions or accidental duplicate billing;
• a proven technical error caused solely by our platform that prevented initial delivery of the purchased service;
• an unauthorized transaction confirmed after reasonable investigation;
• a billing error clearly attributable to us.

4. Refund Conditions

Any refund request must be submitted promptly and in any event no later than 7 calendar days from the date of the relevant transaction, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to request supporting information, including:

• transaction ID or invoice reference;
• account email address;
• description of the issue;
• reasonable evidence supporting the request.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute without first contacting us for resolution, we reserve the right to:

• suspend or terminate your account immediately;
• revoke access to Services and remaining credits;
• contest the chargeback with supporting records, logs, and transaction evidence;
• restrict future purchases or related accounts.

6. Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Violations

No refund will be provided where we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that the transaction, account, or service usage involves fraud, abuse, policy violation, prohibited use, sanctions concerns, suspicious activity, or material breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Method of Refund

Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be processed back to the original payment method where possible. We do not guarantee the availability of alternative payout methods.

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days, subject to banking networks, payment processors, card issuers, compliance checks, and operational requirements.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may amend this Refund Policy at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The revised version will apply from the effective date shown above or such later date as stated in the updated policy.
