Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the services made available by
Berhive Hyac Limited, Reg number: 79971262 through
https://berhive.org and any related websites, APIs, dashboards,
automation flows, software tools, and integrations (collectively, the "Services").
This AUP is intended to protect the Company, its users, service providers, payment partners, infrastructure,
third parties, and the wider internet ecosystem from unlawful, abusive, harmful, deceptive, insecure, or
otherwise unacceptable activities.
1. General Obligation
You may use the Services only in a lawful, authorized, and responsible manner and only in compliance with all
applicable laws, regulations, industry requirements, third-party rights, and contractual obligations.
2. Prohibited Uses
You shall not use, attempt to use, or permit any other person to use the Services for:
- any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity;
- money laundering, sanctions evasion, unauthorized financial activity, or identity abuse;
- malware, ransomware, viruses, trojans, spyware, worms, or other malicious code;
- denial-of-service activity, scanning, exploitation attempts, intrusion, probing, or vulnerability abuse;
- credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, account takeover, phishing, or unauthorized access attempts;
- spam, unsolicited messaging, abusive bulk automation, or deceptive traffic generation;
- copyright infringement, trademark infringement, trade secret misuse, or other intellectual property violations;
- privacy violations, illegal surveillance, unlawful data harvesting, or unauthorized personal data processing;
- unauthorized scraping, harvesting, extraction, copying, or collection of data contrary to law or third-party terms;
- circumventing access controls, security mechanisms, technical restrictions, service limitations, or rate limits;
- activities that threaten, harass, defame, exploit, or otherwise harm any individual or entity;
- any use that may expose the Company or its providers to legal, compliance, regulatory, reputational, or payment network risk.
3. Restricted Sector-Specific Uses
Without prior written approval, you shall not use the Services in connection with:
- high-risk regulated activities where you lack proper authorization or compliance controls;
- processing or automation that violates third-party platform rules or access permissions;
- unauthorized account automation on third-party services;
- DRM circumvention, content protection bypass, or unauthorized access to protected media or restricted systems;
- resale, sublicensing, white-labeling, or onward provision of the Services where prohibited by contract or without required approval;
- activities involving sanctions targets, embargoed regions, or prohibited end-users.
4. Security and Platform Integrity
You must not:
- attempt to disable, overload, impair, or compromise the Services or related infrastructure;
- interfere with other users’ access, performance, or security;
- use the Services in a way that creates unreasonable or disproportionate resource consumption;
- evade monitoring, auditing, abuse controls, authentication, logging, or protective measures;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authorization, or intended use case.
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your account, credentials, workflows, inputs, outputs, integrations, actions,
and any content or data transmitted or processed through the Services. You must ensure that all usage is
properly authorized and legally compliant.
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor usage, investigate suspected violations,
and take any action it considers appropriate to protect the Services, users, and third parties.
Such actions may include:
- requesting information or clarifications from you;
- limiting, suspending, or terminating access;
- blocking requests, integrations, IPs, or account functions;
- preserving logs, records, and evidence;
- reporting conduct to payment providers, infrastructure partners, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate.
7. No Warning Requirement
The Company may act immediately and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that urgent action is
required to prevent harm, abuse, legal exposure, security threats, payment risk, or service disruption.

9. Relationship to Other Terms
This AUP supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable agreement or policy.
In the event of conflict, the Company may interpret and enforce these documents in the manner it considers
most protective of the Services and compliant with applicable law.
10. Amendments
We may modify this AUP at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. Continued use of the Services
after such publication constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
